Mindfulness is taking to the beach this season

A Labyrinth is an ancient contemplative walk to the centre and back out. The walk can be used for any purpose, to take time, to process, to pray, connect with God, seek insight.

For ancient followers of the way of Jesus, this was a spiritual walk with the divine, taking time to listen and receive insight and clarity

We will begin with a short meditation and then have open time for people to walk the Labyrinth, followed by refreshments & space to share and chat
